February already?

It’s been a crazy few weeks since we came back to school! There is lots of work to be done. We will be working on the letter S this week and Valentine’s Parties are scheduled for Monday the 14th. If your child does not regularly attend on Mondays they are still invited to the parties. AM is scheduled for 10:30 AM and PM is scheduled for 1:30 PM. We hope everyone can come. Book orders are due on the 16th, which is this Wednesday. If you received a green parent input form for kindergarten please fill it out and return as soon as possible.
We are really looking forward to the nice temperatures coming our way. We should be able to go outside if the temperatures are over 32 degrees.

B and C weeks

For B week we made bees, glued blue boats on black paper, and played with balls, blocks, and bubbles. During C week we colored cats, glued circle cereal on C, and talked about community helpers. We also cut out squares, read C books, and used crayon shavings to make a butterfly. WOW, what great classes I have. We continue to work hard in the classroom and in the halls to have good behavior.
Please turn in all picture money by next Wednesday the 15th. Have a GR8 day! Ms. Cindy

School is in session

Hello all! Willard South is in Boot Camp this year. Early Childhood has had a GREAT start to the year. We have even had some compliments on how quiet we’ve been in the halls and how straight our lines are. We worked hard on the letter “Aa” this week. Painting with apples, learning about how apple seeds grow into trees, and matching apples to the letter A, have all been projects from this week. Next week we will work on the letter B. We will also be sending out book orders in the backpacks and picture notifications. Pictures will be on Wednesday, September 8th. Stay tuned!
